Sets the upper reference level in absolute values. This is required to determine a rise.

Parameters:
  • power3PhaseMeas – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr1 (settable in the interface ‘P3Phase’)

  • refLevel – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr1 (settable in the interface ‘RefLevel’)

Returns:

upper_level: -1E+26 to 1E+26
