Returns the start time of the indicated measured event. The command is relevant for measurements of all events, see method RsMxo.measurement.multiple.set() .

Parameters:: measIndex – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr1 (settable in the interface ‘Measurement’)
Returns:: event_start: -1E+26 to 1E+26
