Defines if the reference level is set in absolute or relative values.

Parameters:
  • power – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr1 (settable in the interface ‘Power’)

  • refLevel – optional repeated capability selector. Default value: Nr1 (settable in the interface ‘RefLevel’)
